NOTICE OF SALE OF SCHOOL BUS
BY SEALED BID
Pine Point School, ISD 25, will be selling a 2010 Thomas School Bus - 28 passenger by sealed bid. The sale will be awarded to the highest bidder. BUS WILL BE SOLD
AS-IS. A minimum of $500.00 is required. To arrange to see the vehicle, please call 218-573-4100 to set up an appointment with Anthony.
Interested persons may submit a sealed bid on the form provided by the school district and submitted in a sealed envelope to:

Bids must be received at the school district office by 3:00 p.m. CST on Friday, February 28, 2025 by U.S. Mail or delivered in person to the school office. Payment by the highest bidder must be made within one week of bid closing or the bid will be considered null and void and the bid will be awarded to the next highest bidder. The highest bidder will be determined at the March board meeting.

I propose and hereby submit my bid to Pine Point School, ISD 25 to purchase the 2010 Thomas School Bus – 28 passenger for $___________. I agree and understand that the vehicle is purchased as-is and that there are no expressed or implied warranties made by the school district or school district employees relative to the condition of the bus. I further understand that I, as the purchaser, am responsible for any and all taxes and fees required at the transfer of title. If I am the high bidder, I also agree to furnish payment by cash within one week of the bid closing date. Failure to make timely payment will result in my bid becoming null and void and the sale will be awarded to the next highest bidder.
